阿魏酸钠联合天麻素治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察阿魏酸钠联合天麻素治疗椎基底动脉供血不足患者的疗效.方法 将64例椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组32例.治疗组：阿魏酸钠注射液300mg加入生理盐水100mL及天麻索6mL加入生理盐水250mL中静脉滴注;对照组：天麻素6mL加入生理盐水250mL中静脉滴注,两组均每日1 S,10d为1个疗程.对两组患者治疗前、后临床症状改善情况及血流变检查结果进行对比分析.结果 阿魏酸钠联合天麻素治疗组临床总有效率为93.75%,对照组的总有效率为81.25%,两组比较,有显著差异（P〈0.05）;两组血流变的改善情况治疗组明显好于埘照组（P〈0.05及P〈0.01）.结论 阿魏酸钠联合天麻素治疗椎基底动脉供血不足临床疗效肯定.Objective To explore the clinical effect of sodium ferulate combined wltll gastroalne reJection for the patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods 64 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency were randomly divided into 2 groups.The patients in the treatment group（n=32） were given sodium ferulate 300mg by IV infusion qd combined with gastrodine injection 6mL and the control group（n=32） were only given gastrodine injection by IV infusion qd.After 10 days,the clinical effect and the change of hemorheoiogy were observed in all patients.Results The overall effective rate in the group of sodium ferulate combined with gastrodine injection was 93.75% and 81.25% in the control group.The change of hemorheology of the treatment group was better than the control group.There was significant difference between the 2 groups（P〈0.05 and p〈0.01）.Conclusion The treatment of sodium feralate combined with gastrodine injection for vertebrobasilar insufficiency is effective.
