CXCL12/CXCR4在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨CXCL12/CXCR4在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其与肿瘤侵袭与转移的关系。方法以免疫组织化学SABC法检测18例正常膀胱组织和70例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中CXCL12/CXCR4蛋白的表达,分析其与肿瘤分期、分级及复发的关系并探讨二者表达的相关性。结果 18例正常膀胱组织CXCL12及CXCR4阳性表达各1例,70例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中CXCL12及CXCR4阳性表达各有52例及56例;差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。CXCL12及CXCR4的阳性表达与肿瘤临床分期及复发密切相关(P<0.01),而未发现与肿瘤的病理分级有相关性(P>0.05)。CXCL12与CXCR4二者之间的表达具有明显相关性(P<0.000)。结论 CXCL12/CXCR4的表达上调可能在膀胱移行细胞癌的复发及侵袭转移过程中有重要作用。【Objective】To discuss the expression of CXCL12/CXCR4 and the relationship between tumour＇s invasion or metastasis and it＇s expression in bladder transitional cell carcinoma（BTCC）.【Methods】The expression of CXCL12/CXCR4 were tested in 18 cases of normal bladder tissues and 70 cases of BTCC tissues by immunohistochemistry technology.The relationship between the CXCL12 or CXCR4 expression and pathological grade,clinical stage or recurrence was analyzed.The correlation between the expression of CXCL12 and CXCR4＇s was analyzed also.【Results】The over-expression of CXCL12/CXCR4 was detected in 52/56 tissues of 70 BTCC cases,whereas only 1/1 of 18 cases in normal bladder.The expression was significantly higher in BTCC than in normal bladder tissues（P〈0.01）.Furthermore,the expression of CXCL12/CXCR4 was associated with the clinical stage and recurrence significantly（P〈0.05）,but it was not found the association with the pathological grade（P〈0.05）.There was a significantly correlation between the expression of CXCL12 and CXCR4＇s（P〈0.000）.【Conclusion】CXCL12/CXCR4 were frequently expressed in BTCC.The over-expression of CXCL12/CXCR4 may play a critical role in the invasion and metastasis of BTCC.
