摘 要:为了了解音乐学习对老年人主观幸福感的影响并分析学习音乐的老年人主观幸福感的影响因素,文章研究采用纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度(MUNSH)量表和艾森克人格量表等工具,抽样调查了广州、北京、天津三地10个50岁以上退休中老年群体共617人。数据分析发现,学习音乐的老年人主观幸福感显著高于没有学习音乐的老年人;分层多元逐步回归分析表明,影响学习音乐的老年人主观幸福感的因素有健康状况、居住条件、音乐学习时间及其人格特征。健康水平越高、居住条件越好及学习音乐时间越长,老年人的幸福感水平越高,具有高外倾、低神经质和精神质人格特征的老年人其幸福感水平更高,这些因素一共解释了学习音乐的老年人主观幸福感总变异的31.4%。The study aims to investigate the effect of music learning on the subjective well-being of the elderly and its influence factors.617 participates were sampled from 10 groups of retired elders aged above 50 years old in Guangzhou,Beijing and Tianjin,and were measured through the MUNSH,the EPQ and other instruments.The data reveals that the subjective well-being of the old people who learn music is better than that of the old people who don't.The result of a stratified stepwise regression analysis is that one's health condition,dwelling condition,the length of time spent in learning music,and personality are the significant factors that influence the subjective well-being of the old people who learn music.The elderly with better health,good dwelling conditions,a longer period of music learning,and high scores of Extroversion and low scores of Neuroticism and Ychoticism would experience greater subjective well-being,and all these factors can explain 31.4% of the total variance.
