完全学分制下高校学生工作调查研究:以A校为个案

摘　　要：完全学分制强调的是学生学习的自主性,完全学分制给高校学生工作带来了挑战。以A校为个案进行调查会发现,完全学分制下,学生学习自主性会有所提高,但是学生上课缺勤率会有上升;学生自我意识会增强,但是集体意识会有所弱化;学工教师在学生生活世界中被边缘化,学生工作的方式存在问题,而教育效果也不甚理想。针对上述问题,需要进行深入的分析,学工教师要珍视学生学习的自主性,引导学生的自我意识,关注学生的生活世界,改进学生工作的方式。The case study on School A indicates that under the complete credit system,learners＇ autonomy will be improved while class attendance will drop;students＇ self-awareness will be enhanced while their collective consciousness will be weakened;teachers in charge of students＇ daily affairs are marginalized in students＇ lives and there are problems in student work and education efficiency.A thorough analysis,therefore,is necessary.Teachers in charge of students＇ daily affairs should encourage students＇ initiative,guide their self-awareness,pay attention to their lives and improve the working ways.
