摘 要:目的运用共聚焦激光扫描显微镜(CLSM)评价离体乳牙釉质表面的脱矿与再矿化行为。方法临床选取无龋健康的上颌乳切牙36颗,于唇面中央开3个1 mm×1 mm的窗a、b、c。开窗面a进行酸蚀、再矿化处理,b进行酸蚀处理,c不进行任何处理。将36个样本随机分为3组,组1、2、3的开窗面a在酸蚀后分别进行再矿化24h、48h及72h。然后运用CLSM技术测量开窗面a、b、c的总荧光量(TF)、平均荧光量(AF)及荧光面积(A)。对正态分布资料,用t检验进行统计分析,对非正态分布资料,则使用非参数分析,统计学差异指标为P<0.05。结果开窗面b、c间TF、AF、A差异均有显著性(P<0.05),各组别(不同矿化时间)开窗面a、b间TF、AF及A差异均有显著性(P<0.05),开窗面a、c间TF、AF及A差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 CLSM能有效地评价乳牙釉质的脱矿与再矿化行为。Objective To study the behavior of de- and re-mineralization on the enamel surface of deciduous teeth in vitro using Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope(CLSM).Methods 36 healthy maxillary primary incisors were recruited in this study.3 windows(1×1 mm^2 ),named as a,b and c,were made on the labial enamel surface.Window a was etched and re-mineralized,window b was etched only,and window c was left alone.36 samples were randomly assigned to 3 groups. In group 1,2 and 3,window a was re-mineralized 24h,48h,72h respectively.Afterwards,TF,AF and A in window a,b,c were measured using CLSM.T-test was applied to analyze normal distribution data,and non-parameter analysis was used for nonnormal distribution data.The significance level was P0.05.Results The difference of TF,AF and A between window b and c was significant(P0.05).In each group(different remineralization time),the difference of TF,AF and A between window a and b was significant,and so is the difference between window a and c(P0.05).Conclusions CLSM may be applied to the study of de- and re-mineralization on the enamel surface of primary teeth in vitro.
