机用ProTaper一次性根管治疗上颌第一磨牙冠折的临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨机用ProTaper一次性根管治疗上颌第一磨牙冠折的临床疗效。方法选择216例患者因冠折露髓或近髓、冠修复前需要根管治疗的216颗上颌第一磨牙为研究对象,随机分为两组.其中实验组158颗牙,用机用ProtaperNiTi系统进行一次性根管治疗,对照组58颗牙采用常规三次根管治疗。所有患者均在治疗后1周及12个月复查,根据疼痛及疗效评价标准,评价术后疼痛反应及远期治疗效果。结果术后两组疼痛发生率分别为3.80%及5.17%,统计学上无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组的疗效成功率分别为98.10%及98.28%,统计学上无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论机用Protaper一次性根管治疗对上颌第一磨牙冠折的临床应用效果良好。Objective To clinically evaluate the curative effect of one-time root canal therapy for the crown fracture of maxillary first molars.Methods 158 maxillary first molars fractured in the crown froml49 cases were treated with one-time root canal therapy by ProTaper Nickel-titanium rotary instruments,while 78 maxillary first molars from56 cases took routine three-time root canal therapy in the same way.Immidiately we did temporary complete coronal restoration for each patient.To observe the treatment effect,each patient came back one week and twelve months later.Results The respective pain frequency was 3.80%and 5.17%,which was statisticly insignificant（P0.05）;The respective successful treatment frequency were 98.10%and 98.28%,which was statisticly insignificant（P0.05） too;Conclusions Onetime root canal therapy using ProTaper Nickel-titanium rotary instruments has excellent clinical effect,and can be widely used on the crown fracture of maxillary molars.
