摘  要:郑州黄河公铁两用桥主桥长1 680 m,分2联布置,第2联采用5×120 m连续钢桁结合梁桥。针对第2联钢桁梁结构特点,采用在陆地上设置龙门吊机起吊、在龙门吊机上设置电动葫芦辅助起吊、从12号墩往7号墩悬臂拼装的方案。施工过程中通过冲钉选用、空间斜腹杆安装对位、摩擦面保护、钢桁梁平面及竖向线形调整、三主桁高差调整等关键技术使第2联钢桁梁中线偏位、三主桁高差、钢梁竖向线形等均得到较好控制。The main bridge of Zhengzhou Huanghe River Rail-cum-Road Bridge,1 680 m in length,was arranged in 2 continuous units and the 2nd unit of the bridge was designed as a continuous steel truss and concrete deck slab composite girder bridge with span arrangement(5×120) m.In the light of the structural characteristics of the 2nd unit of the steel truss girder,the construction scheme for cantilever assembling of the girder from Pier No.12 towards Pier No.7 by arranging the gantry crane on land for lifting the girder and installing the auxiliary electric chain blocks on the crane for aiding the lifting was adopted.In the construction process,through application of a serious of the key techniques of selecting the suitable punch pins,installing the spatial inclined web members to right positions,protecting the frictional surface as well as adjusting the plane and vertical geometric shapes of the truss girder and height difference of three main trusses,the offsetting of the center line of the girder,the height difference of the three main trusses and the vertical geometric shape of the girder were all well controlled.
