摘  要:郑州黄河公铁两用桥主桥承台位于主河道内,通过对各桥墩承台所处环境及施工时间段的不同进行施工方案优化,确定靠近主河道的主桥1号墩承台采用插打钢板桩、人工辅助开挖、分层支护、局部深井降水、无需封底的施工方法;2,3,5号墩承台采用插打钢板桩围堰、空压机配合吸泥机清淤、灌注水下混凝土后抽水的施工方法;4号墩承台采用插打钢板桩围堰基坑内抽水,底部干封混凝土的施工方法;6号墩承台采用在河道边筑岛、墩位外深井降水、基坑开挖的方式进行承台施工;其余0号墩、7~12号滩地墩承台采用常规的基坑开挖配合深井降水施工。顺利实现了该桥主河槽承台施工,取得了很好的综合效果。The pile caps of the main bridge of Zhengzhou Huanghe River Rail-cum-Road Bridge are located in the main river channel.Through optimization of the construction schemes for the pile caps according to the different environment and construction time schedules,it was determined that the pile cap of pier No.1 close to the main river course was to be constructed by the method of inserting and driving steel sheet piles,excavating foundation pit in the aid of manual work,lagging the pit layer by layer,deep-well dewatering locally and not sealing the base.The pile caps of piers No.2,No.3 and No.5 were to be constructed by inserting and driving steel sheet piles,air lifting and clearing off mud by air compressors and pumping out water after tremie concrete was cast.The pile cap of pier No.4 was to be constructed by inserting and driving steel sheet piles and pumping out water from foundation pit and sealing the base with concrete in dry condition.The pile cap of pier No.6 was to be constructed by building an artificial island at the side of the river course,deep-well dewatering outside the pier location and excavating foundation pit and the pile caps of the rest of the shoal piers No.0,No.7~12 were to be constructed by the routine method of excavating foundation pits and deep-well dewatering.With the different methods mentioned above,the construction of the pile caps of all piers were smoothly completed and very good comprehensive effect was achieved.
