摘  要:采用带药平板涂布法测定了粤蛇葡萄甲醇提取物及5种杀菌药剂对柑橘溃疡病菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:粤蛇葡萄茎和叶提取物对柑橘溃疡病菌均有抑菌活性,最低抑菌质量浓度(MIC)分别为4、2 g/L;杀菌药剂60%甲硫.异菌脲WP、72%农用链霉素SP、硫酸铜晶体、53.8%氢氧化铜WG和64%霜灵WP对柑橘溃疡病菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为10、2.5、0.625、0.3125、0.1563 g/L。采用液-液萃取法对粤蛇葡萄的抑菌活性成分进行了初步分离,结合活性测定,发现抑菌活性成分主要存在于茎和叶提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取物中。The inhibitory activity of the methanol extracts from Ampelopsis cantoniensis and several bactericides against Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.citri was determined using plate culture medium coating method.The results showed that the extracts from the stems and leaves of A.cantoniensis had antibacterial activity against Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.citri,with the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC) of 4 and 2 g/L,respectively.The MICs of the thiophanate-methyl-iprodione 60% WP,streptomycin 72% SP,crystals of copper sulphate,kocide 53.8% WG,oxadixyl-mancozeb 64% WP were 10,2.5,0.625,0.3125 and 0.1563 g/L respectively.The methanol extract from the stems and leaves of A.cantoniensis were preliminarily separated into 3 parts by the method of liquid-liquid extraction,and the result of bioassay show that the active ingredients mainly consist in the ethyl acetate fraction.
