医学生情绪智力培养效果的质性研究

摘　　要：目的:深入了解医学生情绪智力培养的效果。方法:运用质性研究的方法,对北京市某高等医学院校参加情绪智力培养系列活动的5名本科二年级学生进行半结构式深入访谈,现场录音,将获得的资料进行整理分析。结果:运用类属分析法提炼出两个关于医学生情绪智力培养效果的主题,即人际关系管理和情绪、情感表达的改善。结论:学生在人际关系管理和情绪、情感表达方面的明显改善,表明学生参加情绪智力培养活动是有效的;情绪智力培养对学生有积极的意义。Objective：To understand the effect of emotional intelligence training of medical undergraduates.Methods：Qualitative research was used,five second-year undergraduates who took part in a series of emotional intelligence training activities in certain medical college in Beijing,were participated in semi-structured in-depth interviews,live recording,the information will be analyzed.Results：Using generic analysis method to extract two main concepts on the effect of emotional intelligence training of medical undergraduates,namely,the improvement on interpersonal relationships management and emotional expression.Conclusion：The improvement on interpersonal relationships management and emotional expression for students indicates that it is effective that students take part in the emotional intelligence training activities which has a positive meaning for students.
