摘 要:在微观层次上研究战略过程,将组织结构和组织成员的活动作为研究对象,已经证明是具有社会性。结构化理论认为,组织中的主体与组织的结构之间具有二重性的关系,结构为主体之间的作用提供媒介,而作用的结果又产生新的结构。采用结构化理论作为理论框架,对组织成员在战略过程中的行为进行分析,可以描述中层管理者的行为与各种规则、惯例以及组织的规章制度等之间的相互作用关系,分析战略的执行行为和战略修正行为及其影响因素。Studying the strategic processes at the micro-level by focusing on organization structure and the activities of members of the organization has become a relevant focus of research. The behaviors of middle managers have been proved to be social. According to the structuration theory,the interaction between actions of human agents and the structure of social system is characterized by duality. The structure is seen both as the medium and the outcome of such interaction. Using the structuration theory as the analytical framework,we could analyze the actions of the members of the organization in implementing strategies,and depict the dynamic relations between the behaviors of middle managers and the rules,routines,and bylaws of the organization. In addition,we could also analyze strategy implementing actions and strategy revising actions as well as their respective determinants.
