摘 要:【目的】研究L-肉碱强化卤虫对草鱼开口苗生长性能的影响,为草鱼开口苗培育技术的完善提供参考。【方法】用0(对照),1,100,1000mg/L的L-肉碱强化卤虫无节幼体(Artemia sp.)12h,投喂给草鱼(Ctenopha-ryngodon idella)开口苗,分别于7,14,21d取样测定鱼苗的体长、体质量,21d时取样测定生命力及鱼体RNA/DNA比率的变化。【结果】1mg/LL-肉碱强化卤虫处理组草鱼开口苗的体长、体质量、体长日增长率和特定生长率均显著高于其他3组(P<0.05);100mg/LL-肉碱强化卤虫处理组开口苗的生命力较其他3组有升高趋势(P>0.05);100,1000mg/LL-肉碱强化卤虫处理组开口苗的RNA/DNA比率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),1mg/LL-肉碱强化卤虫处理组开口苗的RNA/DNA比率与对照组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】以1mg/LL-肉碱强化卤虫投喂草鱼开口苗,可明显提高草鱼开口苗的生长性能;过高质量浓度L-肉碱强化卤虫对草鱼开口苗生长没有影响,但能提高其体内的RNA/DNA比率。[Objective] Effects of L-carnitine enriched artemia on growth,vitality and RNA/DNA ratio in the first feeding larvae of freshwater grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella) were studied to offer basis to improve the culturing technology of larvae.[Method] The newly hatched artemia nauplii,enriched with 4 levels(0,1,100,1 000 mg/L) of L-carnitine for 12 h,were used as starter food for rearing larvae.[Result] Results indicated that the growth of larvae was significantly(P〈0.05) improved by feeding 1 mg/L L-carnitine enriched nauplii;Vitality of larvae was improved by feeding 100 mg/L L-carnitine enriched nauplii,but statistics did not show significant differences(P〈0.05);There was significantly(P〈0.05) higher RNA/DNA ratio for larvae in 100 and 1 000 mg/L L-carnitine enriching groups than in the control,no significant differences(P〈0.05) were observed on RNA/DNA ratio for larvae between 1 mg/L L-carnitine enriching group and the control.Results suggest that growth performances and survival of freshwater larvae might be improved by L-carnitine supplementation.[Conclusion] Therefore,the 1 mg/L L-carnitine enriched nauplii could remarkably enhance the growth performance of the first feeding larvae of grass carp.The higher concentrate L-carnitine enriched nauplii could not affect the growth performance of the first feeding larvae of grass carp,but could increase RNA/DNA ratio.
