摘　　要：目的:观察藻酸双酯钠治疗眼睑黄色瘤的效果。方法:对病变组织皮内注射藻酸双酯钠,治疗45例82眼进行回顾性总结。结果:治愈75眼,好转3眼,无效4眼。无感染、瘢痕等并发症。结论:藻酸双酯钠治疗眼睑黄色瘤操作简便、损伤小、安全、有效。Objective： To observe the algae sulfate treatment of the effect of eyelid xanthelasma. Methods： Lesions of intradermal injection of sodium alginate ester, treatment of 45 cases 82 were studied retrospectively. RESULTS： The cured 75, improved in 3 eyes, 4 eyes invalid. No infection, scar formation occurred. Conclusion： The polysaccharide sulfate sodium in the treatment of eyelid xanthoma simple, damage, safe and effective. Key words：
