摘　　要：目的评价自体荧光内镜对早期胃癌的诊断价值。方法检索1980～2009年公开发表的有关自体荧光内镜对早期胃癌诊断精确性的临床试验文献,按Cochrane协作网推荐的方法进行荟萃分析。结果共纳入13篇文献,自体荧光内镜对早期胃癌诊断的敏感性为0.64～1.00,特异性为0.40～1.00;合并敏感性为0.87,95%可信区间(CI)为0.84～0.89;合并特异性为0.82,95%CI为0.80～0.85;合并阳性似然比为6.790,95%CI为3.433～13.431;合并阴性似然比为0.159,95%CI为0.095～0.265;合并优势比为53.02,95%CI为17.84～157.61。汇总受试者工作特征曲线(SROC)下的面积为(0.9401±0.0189)。结论自体荧光内镜对早期胃癌具有较高的诊断价值。【Objective】To evaluate the diagnostic value of autofluorescence endoscope for early gastric cancer （EGC）.【Methods】Clinical trials of autofluorescence endoscope for determining diagnostic accuracy of ECG were collected form the literature published from 1987 to 2009.Meta-analysis was conducted using the method recommended by the Cochrane Collaboration.【Results】Thirteen papers were included.The sensitivity of autofluorescence endoscope for the diagnosis of EGC ranged from 0.64 to 1.00 and the specificity from 0.40 to 1.00.The pooled sensitivity and specificity were 0.87 （95% CI：0.84～0.89） and 0.82 （95% CI：0.80～0.85）,respectively.The pooled positive likelihood ratio （LR） and negative LR were 6.790 （95% CI：3.433～13.431） and 0.159 （95% CI：0.095～0.265）,respectively.The pooled odds ratio （OR） was 53.02 （95% CI：17.84～157.61）.The area under the summary receiver operating characteristic （SROC） curve was （0.9401±0.0189）.【Conclusion】Diagnostic value of autofluorescence endoscope for EGC is high.
