摘 要:利用大洋锰结核还原氨浸渣为原料通过水热法合成了纳米态钾锰矿,并分析了反应pH值对合成产物物相、晶体形态的影响。实验结果表明,合成反应较佳pH值为5~7,反应体系中存在K+、SO42-对合成纳米态钾锰矿十分有利。该方法降低了钾锰矿合成成本,为钾锰矿商业化生产提供了思路,同时为大洋锰结核氨浸渣的资源化利用和清洁生产开辟了新的途径。The nanocrystalline cryptomelane was synthesized from reduction-ammoniacal leaching residue(MnCO3)of ocean manganese nodules for the first time.The effects of pH value to the physical phase and morphology of synthetic products were investigated.It showed that the optimal condition of pH value for the preparation of nanocrystalline cryptomelane was from 5 to 7 and the synthesis of nanocrystalline cryptomelane would be promoted by the presence of potassium ions and sulfate ions in the reaction system.This process could effectively reduce the preparation costs of nanocrystalline cryptomelane and offer a new idea for the industrialization.This also could provide a new approach for recovery and utilization of the reduction-ammoniacal leaching residue of ocean manganese nodules.
