摘　　要：高校组工干部的能力建设是高校党建工作的重要保障。从加强高校组工干部能力建设的必要性和紧迫性入手,探析高校组工干部应该具备的能力,通过注重学习、组织培训、实践锻炼、制度建设等方式不断加强高校组工干部的能力建设。Construction of the cadre＇s ability in college organizational work is an important safeguard of the Party construction at college and university.Starting with necessities and urgency,this thesis analyzes the abilities that the cadres at college and university should have.Construction of the cadre＇s ability in college organizational work at college and university can be increasingly strengthened by means of paying attention to learning,organizational training,practical experience and system building.
