摘　　要：企业社会责任是企业行为决定的,而企业行为是由其嵌入的社会环境体系决定的。企业是嵌入在国家、市场和社会三重结构中的历史存在物,国家、市场和社会三重力量对企业的影响决定了企业行为。企业行为取向的一元嵌入格局、二元嵌入格局到三元嵌入格局的演进,决定了企业社会责任制度不同的宏观逻辑。Enterprises＇ responsibility depends on their behaviors which are determined by the embedded social environment system.Since an enterprise is a historic existence embedded in nations,markets and societies,they play a part in an enterprise＇s behaviors.Enterprises＇ behavioral orientation has experienced three stages,i.e.one-element embedded pattern,dual-element embedded pattern and three-element embedded pattern.Accordingly,the macro logics of enterprises＇ social responsibility system are different.
