摘  要:工科院校人才培养的目标是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才,这也是人文素质培养的重点。培养工科大学生人文素质,必须着眼于我国经济社会又好又快发展的现实需要,针对大学生人文素质培养存在的现实问题,围绕"培养基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高的创新人才"的总体要求来工作。工科大学生人文素质的培养要体现独特性,要寻找专业学科中科学精神和人文精神的结合点。Engineering colleges aim to train advanced specialized personnel who are innovative with practical abilities,which is also considered as a focus of training humanistic quality.The practice of developing students' such quality should fulfill the demands of Chinese rapid and sound economic development.At the same time,the problems with training students' humanistic quality should be addressed and meet the requirements,that is,to cultivate creative personnel who are widely knowledgeable and fairly able,with remarkable abilities and high qualities.Furthermore,such quality should be unique.The overlap of scientific spirit and humanistic spirit reflected in specialties should be sought.
