摘 要:大学生就业问题是全社会关注的热点,解决这一问题的关键在于提高大学生就业能力。目前,制约大学生就业能力的因素主要有政府产业升级与社会转型带来就业的阵痛、高校培养理念模糊、学生不注重自身就业能力的培养等。高校通过科学设置课程体系、加强教育教学改革、拓宽社会实践渠道、全程就业指导和开展创业教育,能够提高大学生就业能力。The employment of college graduates has been drawing nationwide attention and the solution to this problem is to improve the competitiveness of the college students in hunting for jobs.This paper probes into this problem through the analysis of both the connotations of job-hunting competitiveness and the factors influencing their employment.In order to gradually strengthen the employment competitiveness of the college graduates,efforts must be made in the following aspects: the relevant supportive policies from the government,reform on the curricular design conducted by the universities,effective guidance provided for the college graduates in hunting for jobs,and the improvement of college students' overall abilities.By doing so,a harmonious and stable employment situation and society can be achieved.
