摘　　要：目的　观察诺雷德的疗效和安全性。　方法　３１ 例前列腺癌患者皮下注射诺雷德３个月，每月１ 次。　结果　诺雷德能减轻患者临床症状及局部体征，使前列腺体积和肿瘤体积缩小，血清前列腺特异抗原（ＰＳＡ） 和血睾酮分别从用药前平均４２．０ ±３４ ．７ｎｇ／ｍｌ 和５７０ ．８ ±２０６ ．５μｇ／Ｌ，下降至３ 个月末的６ ．１ ±１０ ．６μｇ／Ｌ 和１７ ．６ ±８．０ｎｇ／ｄｌ，治疗后血睾酮低于去势水平。同时副作用少。　结论　诺雷德治疗晚期前列腺癌安全有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of medical castration with the use of Zoladex in the treatment of prostate cancer. Methods A subcutaneous depot injection of 3.6mg Zoladex was instituted every month for 31 prostate cancer patients. Results The subjective symptoms,objective signs,volume of both the prostate and the neogrowth were reduced.Serum PSA decreased from an average of 42.0±34.7ng/ml to an average of 6.1±10.6ng/ml and serum testosterone from 570.8±206.5 to 17.6 ±8.0μg/L after 3 months.Side effects were few and mild and needed no withdrawal of the medicine. Conclusions Medical castration with the use of Zoladex is effective and well tolerated for the management of prostate cancer.
