摘　　要：采取适当方式对失地农民进行市民意识培育,使他们在整个心理和习惯上全面改变,成为真正意义上的市民。传统乡村文化中既有阻碍与抗拒社会文化变迁、成为人们迈向新生活的包袱的一面,也有能够通过现代化的转换继续发挥其积极作用的一面。在历史发展的必然规律下,只有从传统中"取其精华,去其糟粕",与现代兼容并包,才能顺应时代的发展、符合历史的要求。On the base of brief explanations of urbanization and the lost-land farmers＇ problems,this article summarizes the current situation of the lost-land farmers＇ citizen consciousness,and analyzes the important elements that restrict the lost-land farmers to form their citizen consciousness.Then from the perspectives of material base,system reformation,quality fostering,and community civilization construction,the article comes up with methods and means to foster the lost-land farmers＇ citizen consciousness.
