摘　　要：介绍了木脂素的分类、研究历史,重点阐述了目前关于木脂素功能活性的研究进展,提出了木脂素相关研究领域未来的重点研究方向.Lignans constitute a group of phytochemicals widely distributed in the human diet. Once ingested, most dietary lig- hans arc metabolized by the gut microflora into enterolactone and entcrodiol. Together with isoflavones and coumestrol, enterolignans have been traditionally classified as phytoestrogens. Lignans＇ categories and research history are introduced, the recent research progress on lignan＇ s functional activity is elaborated emphatically, and the research trend of lignan is proposed in this paper.
