摘　　要：将科学发展观用于人的发展研究,提出人的科学发展观。人的科学发展观是人的全面发展观的继承和发展,是科学发展观的核心,是马克思主义人的自由全面发展的现实体现。树立人的科学发展观对于破解我国的教育难题十分重要。This article applies the scientific outlook on development to the research of people＇s development, proposing the scientific outlook on people＇s development. The scientific outlook on people＇s development, a concept inheriting from and continuing the comprehensive outlook on people＇s development, is central to the scientific outlook on development and em- bodies the concept of people＇s free and comprehensive development from Marxism theory. Establishing scientific outlook on people＇s development is vital to solving the difficulties of education in our country.
