摘　　要：文章介绍了"新上海"轮由单底阿芙拉型油轮改装成散货船过程中顶边舱的改装工程,概括了从工程提出到工艺制定,再到现场施工的具体过程,科学合理地分析了工艺制定过程中存在的问题并制定出切实可行的施工工艺。This paper introduces the refitting project from AFRAMAX single-bottorn oil tanker to bulk freighter, which summarizes the whole courses including the project-setting, technique-planning and site construction. It mentions mainly the existing problems, the reasonable analysis and feasible constructing technique.
