地中海贫血筛查在产前诊断中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的了解肇庆地区产前检查人群中地中海贫血的检出情况,探讨婚检、产检中检查地中海贫血的意义。方法用血细胞计数仪测定患者的血常规,用醋酸纤维薄膜电泳检测血红蛋白A及A2的含量,确定患者地中海贫血的分型。结果在2930例产检对象中,地贫筛查阳性者共342例,占总产检人数的11.7%;在258对产检夫妇中,同为地贫基因携带者的共26对,占总产检人数的0.89%。结论婚前检查、产前检查十分重要,对杜绝重度地中海贫血儿童的出生,提高人口素质意义重大。Objective Zhaoqing in the crowd prenatal detection of thalassemia,to explore the premarital examination,check-check the meaning of thalassemia.Methods Patients with blood cell count were measured,using cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis and the A2 hemoglobin A levels to determine the classification of patients with thalassemia.Results 2930 cases of prenatal object,thalassemia screening positive in 342 cases,of the total check-number of 11.7%;the 159 on the production of inspection couples,the same as thalassemia patients with a total of 28 pairs of the total check-number of 17.6%.Conclusion Premarital,prenatal examination is very important to prevent severe thalassemia on the birth of children,improve the quality of the population is of great significance.
