椎旁神经阻滞治疗颈源性头痛对比观察

摘　　要：目的探讨椎旁神经阻滞治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法 76例颈源性头痛患者随机分为椎旁神经阻滞联合星状神经节阻滞(A组)和星状神经节阻滞(B组),每组38例。星状神经节阻滞1次/2 d,5次一个疗程;椎旁神经阻滞1次/5 d,3次一个疗程。结果 A、B两组治疗后显效率分别为89.4%和68.4%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论椎旁神经阻滞和星状神经节阻滞治疗颈源性头痛均有疗效,但两者联合效果明显优于单一星状神经节阻滞。Objective To research the clinical efficacy of cervical paravertebral nerve block（CPNB） in the treatment of cervicogenic headache.Methods A total of 76 patients with cervicogenic headache were randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases each.The patients in group A received stellate ganglion block（SGB） combined with CPNB and those in group B received SGB.All patients were treated with SGB every other day for five times as a course of treatment.The patients in group A were treated with CPNB every 5 day for 3 times as a course of treatment.Results The effective power of group A was 89.4%,group B was 68.4%,the efficacy of two groups had significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Both CPNB and SGB for cervicogenic headache are useful,but the combination of the two methods is better than the single method of SGB.
