苯巴比妥长期治疗癫患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨苯巴比妥长期治疗癫患者的疗效。方法苯巴比妥(15岁以上,体质量超过30 kg患者每晚60mg;15岁以下,体质量30 kg以下的患者每晚2 mg/kg)治疗136例全面性强直阵挛发作(GTCS)患者,其中50例联合其他抗癫药物(AEDs)治疗,随访5 a,观察疗效及药物不良反应。结果 136例GTCS患者显效36例(26.5%),有效92例(67.6%),无效5例(3.7%),恶化3例(2.2%)。不良反应主要有轻度嗜睡(30.9%)、头晕(13.2%)等。结论苯巴比妥长期治疗癫患者疗效较好,使用方便,无严重不良反应。Objective To explore the curative effects of phenobarbital for epileptic patients in long term.Methods The 136 generalized tonic-clonic seizure（GTCS）cases were treated with phenobarbital（the patients more than fifteen years old and the weight more than thirty kilograms were given sixty milligrams every night;the patients less than age fifteen years old and the weight less than thirty kilograms were treated with two milligrams for each kilogram every night）,including fifty cases were combined with other antiepileptic drugs（AEDs）.Following up five years later,the curative effects and adverse reaction were observed and analyzed.Results Of 136 GTCS patients,significant effect in thirty-six cases（26.5%）,effective in ninety-two cases（67.6%）,invalidate in five cases（3.7%）,deteriorative in three cases（2.2%）.The occurrence of adverse reaction mainly included slightly somnolence（30.9%）,dizziness（13.2%） etc.Conclusion Phenobarbital is better for treatment on epileptic patients,used conveniently,and has no serious adverse reaction.
