精神分裂症缓解期的社区家庭干预效果的随访研究

摘　　要：目的 :采用前瞻性随机对照研究 ,以社区缓解期精神分裂症患者为研究对象 ,探讨系统的家庭干预直接应用于社区病人的可行性及其近期效果 ;方法 :12 0例病人被随机分配在实验组 ( 60 )和对照组 ( 60 ) ,实验组接受系统的家庭干预 ,对照组维持原有社区服务 ;结果 :在 6个月末和 12个月末随访时 ,实验组患者病情缓解率分别提高了 4 4%和 86% ,半年复发率分别减少了 66%和 60 % ,其心理社会功能水平提高也优于对照组 ;结论 :缓解期的精神分裂症病人可以在社区中直接接受集体家庭教育 ,系统的家庭干预是精神分裂症病人社区康复行之有效的方法之一。Objective:to study the efficacy of family intervention on schizophrenics in remission. Method:a prospective,randomized control study was carried out in12 0 schizophrenics in remission in community.Result:the rates of relapse during a half year period in intervention group ( 60 cases) and control group ( 60 cases) were2 5 % and2 1.7% respectively when included in the study,were 8.3 % and 2 3 .3 % respectively afterhalf a year,and were 10 .0 % and 2 6.7% respectively after one year.The rate ofremission of the two group were 5 3 .3 % and 3 5 % respectively afterhalf a year,those afterone year were68.3 % and3 3 .3 % respectively.Conclusion:the family intervention was a realistic and effective m ethod for rehabilitation of schizophrenics.
