HIF-2α、CA9在肾透明细胞癌表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨乏氧诱导因子HIF-2α、CA9在肾细胞癌中的表达情况及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化染色,检测110例肾细胞癌组织中HIF-2α、CA9的表达情况。结果 HIF-2α在肾细胞癌中表达阳性率87.3%,CA9在肾细胞癌中表达阳性率为90%,与对照组织相比有显著差异(P<0.001);HIF-2α表达强度与临床分期及病理核分级呈正相关(P<0.05),CA9表达强度与肾细胞癌临床分期、病理核分级无明显关系(P>0.05);两个因子表达与患者年龄、性别,无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论 HIF-2α、CA9在肾细胞癌中表达阳性率高,其中HIF-2α与肾透明细胞癌临床分期、病理核分级明显相关,可以作为预测肾细胞癌患者预后的分子标记物,并可能成为非常有潜力的生物治疗靶点,CA9则可能作为预测患者预后及治疗疗效的标记物之一。Objective We discussed the expression and clinical significance of the HIF-2α,CA9 in the renal clear cell carcinoma（ccRCC）.Methods We checked these factors in the morphological expression level.We detected HIF-2α,CA9 in 110 tissues of renal cell carcinoma by immunohistochemistry.Results HIF-2α had a expressing positive rate of 87.3%,CA9 had a rate of 90% in the ccRCC,which had significant deviation with the control group（P0.001）.The intensity of HIF-2α expression had positive correlation with clinical stage,pathological nuclear classification（P0.05）.HIF-2α had much positive relevant expression（P0.001）;The intensity of CA9 expression had no relationship with clinical stage,pathological nuclear classification（P0.05）;The expression of these two factors were not related to the patients＇ ages,gender and the side of tumors（P0.05）.Conclusion HIF-2α,CA9 had high positive expressing rate in ccRCC.HIF-2α may become predicting factors for the RCC patients＇ prognosis.They even could be patent bioremediation target point.CA9 could be a factor of prognosis and therapeutic effect for the ccRcc patients.
