摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在科学发展观理论指导下,对我国当前普通高校体育教学现状进行了分析,并进一步分析了存在问题的原因,为改善当前普通高校体育教学,提高学生的身体和心理健康素质提供参考依据。The use of literature and data,logic,analysis and other research methods,in theory,under the guidance of scientific concept of development of China＇s current status of physical education in colleges were analyzed,and further analysis of the existence of the problem,to improve the current physical education in colleges to improve physical and mental health of students to provide quality reference.
