摘　　要：在对目前高校体育教育专业健美操课程的现状以及影响因素分析的基础上,依据施良方的课程设计理论,对高校体育教育专业健美操专选课程优化方案进行设计,包括课程目标的确定、课程内容的选择、教学方法及课程评价等方面。为提高健美操专选课程教学效果,培养适应社会需要的健美操专业人才提供理论参考。Based on status quo and analysis of factors which have been influencing the specialty course of aerobics for physical education major,optimization of scheme was designed according to curriculum theory by Shi liang-fang,including goals set,content selection,teaching method and curriculum evaluation.It aimed to provide theoretic guidance for fostering talents of aerobics for society and improve the teaching effect of specialty course of aerobics.
