护理专业培养目标应符合时代的需求

摘　　要：为了适应21世纪社会发展的需要,护理专业培养目标应符合时代的需求。目前我国护理水平不能适应当前形势的发展,不能满足广大老百姓的需求,导致护理质量不高,护理学科止步不前。应通过护士的分层次培养;加强学校护理教材的人文关怀教育;临床护理带教模式的转变;从学校开始就选拔优秀护理人才,来加强护理专业培养目标,使其符合时代的需求。In order to meet the needs of social development in the 21st century,nursing training objectives should be consistent with the needs of the times.Analyzed of the current situation：under the influence of factors such as the development of socio-economy and people＇s living standards;the rapid increase of aging population,smaller families,social competition fierce,labor intensity increases and the increasing mobility of workers,as the key resources of long-term care,family members bear a heavy burden.Care can not meet the development of the current situation and not satisfy the needs of ordinary people,it does not lead to high quality care and stalled care disciplines.Positioning of nurses training;Humane care nursing education school be top prior in textbooks;Clinical nursing teaching mode should be transformed;Excellent nursing personnel should be selected beginning from the schools.
