摘  要:研究了IIR/CIIR不同并用比例、不同硫化体系、树脂用量、炭黑品种及用量、操作油种类等对IIR/CIIR并用硫化胶力学性能的影响。结果表明 :当IIR/CIIR并用比例为 80 / 2 0时 ,并且采用树脂作交联剂进行硫化 ,所得硫化胶的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率以及撕裂强度都有较好的结果 ,拉伸强度达到 19.8MPa,伸长率为 64 0 % ;当树脂用量为 10phr时 ,硫化胶的永久变形只有 4% ,硬度为 5 4度 (邵尔A) ;当ISAF用量为 5 0 phr时 ,硫化胶呈现较优的力学性能 ;操作油种类对IIR/CIIR并用胶料的力学性能也有一定的影响。The influence of different blending ratio of IIR/CIIR,curing systems,the dosage of resin,the kind and dosage of carbon black and the kind of processing oil on the mechanical property of vulcanized IIR/CIIR was investigated.The results showed that the better mechanical properties of the compound were obtained if the blending ratio of IIR/CIIR was 80/20 and the compound was vulcanized by the resin as crosslinker.The tensile strength was up to 19.8 MPa,the tensibility was 640%;When the dosage of resin was 10phr,the set was only 4% while the hardness was 56(shore A);The vulcanized compound had better mechanical properties if 50 phr ISAF was used.And the different processing oil had different effects on the compound.
