摘　　要：目的:研究人参蚂蚁药酒对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:将150只雄性昆明种小鼠按体重随机分为5组,分别灌胃不同剂量的人参蚂蚁药酒及红景天溶液(阳性对照组),同样体积蒸馏水(阴性对照组),14 d后称量小鼠体重,分别检测小鼠力竭游泳时间,运动后血清尿素氮、全血乳酸以及肝、肌糖原含量。结果:灌胃15 d后人参蚂蚁药酒对小鼠的体重增长无明显影响。经人参蚂蚁药酒处理的小鼠力竭游泳时间明显高于阴性对照组小鼠,而运动后血清尿素氮和血乳酸浓度明显低于阴性对照组,肝糖原和肌糖原均显著高于阴性对照组,与阳性对照组相似。结论:人参蚂蚁药酒对小鼠有明显的抗疲劳效果。To investigate the antifatigue effects of ginseng-ant medicinal liquor,150 normal male Kunming mice were randomized into five groups based on body weight.The control group was given distilled water and treatment groups were given ginseng-ant medicinal liquor for 14 consecutive days,respectively.The body weight was determined before swimming test.The ginseng-ant medicinal liquor had no effect on weight gain.And ginseng-ant medicinal liquor significantly prolonged swimming time,and reduced serum lactate and urea nitrogen level,and increased liver and muscle glycogen,significantly,compared with control group.Ginseng-ant medicinal liquor had noticeable antifatigue effect on mice.
