摘　　要：知识经济社会,企业经营环境的不稳定性使得战略认知逻辑呈现迅速更新态势,企业战略在组织内呈现动态复杂的演化过程。因此,文章从演化的视角出发,将企业战略理解为由企业惯例的演化(遗传、变异和选择)引导企业从时间和空间层面不断改变自身系统结构以保持同环境高度适应性的互动机制,并从基本假设、核心理念和方法论体系三个层面构建基于演化的企业战略动态适应性范式,为战略研究的规范性与先进性提供了新的理论指导。Because of the uncertainty in the enterprise development and the instability of management environment,the recognition logic of strategy tends to renew rapidly in the knowledge-based economic society,and the strategy within the organization presents a dynamic and complex evolution.Therefore,this paper regards the strategy as an interactive mechanism that guides enterprises to change their own system structure in time and space dimensions in order to maintain high adaptability to environment continuously.Furthermore,an enterprise strategic paradigm has been constructed from the basic assumptions,core concepts and methodology based on the evolution theory,which provides a new theoretical guidance on the normalization and advancement of strategic research.
