摘  要:【目的】研究富硒鹅肥肝对大鼠高脂血症的修复作用。【方法】选取体重为150—180 g的健康雄性Wistar大鼠72只,喂养5 d后按体重随机分为对照组、肥胖模型组、鹅肥肝组(低、中、高剂量)和富硒鹅肥肝组(低、中、高剂量),共8组,每组9只;对照组和肥胖模型组每天按20 g.kg-1BW灌注蒸馏水;鹅肥肝和富硒鹅肥肝低、中、高剂量组,每天分别按10、20、30 g.kg-1BW灌注鹅肥肝和富硒鹅肥肝。灌胃期间,对照组饲喂基础饲料,其它各组均饲喂高脂饲料。8周后,测定大鼠的成长指标、脂质代谢指标,并做肝脏病理切片分析。【结果】与肥胖模型组相比,鹅肥肝低剂量组能够显著降低大鼠肾周脂(P<0.05);富硒鹅肥肝低剂量组能显著降低大鼠肾周脂、睾丸周脂、睾丸周脂率、体脂肪和体脂率(P<0.05)。富硒鹅肥肝低剂量组的体长显著低于鹅肥肝低剂量组(P<0.05)。与肥胖模型组相比,鹅肥肝低剂量组能显著降低血清甘油三脂(TG)的含量(P<0.05),鹅肥肝中剂量组能显著降低总胆固醇(TC)、TG和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的含量(P<0.05)以及降低动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)的值(P<0.01),鹅肥肝高剂量组能显著降低LDL-C的含量以及AI的值(P<0.05)。富硒鹅肥肝低、中剂量组均能够显著降低大鼠血清TG、TC、LDL-C的含量(P<0.05)和AI的值(P<0.01);富硒鹅肥肝高剂量组能显著降低LDL-C的水平(P<0.05)和AI的值(P<0.01)。与鹅肥肝低剂量组相比,富硒鹅肥肝低剂量组能极显著的降低大鼠的AI值(P<0.01)。与肥胖模型组相比,鹅肥肝低、中剂量组可以显著提高LA的活性(P<0.05);鹅肥肝高剂量组能够显著提高HL和LA的活性(P<0.05)。富硒鹅肥肝低、中剂量组可以显著的提高LPL和LA的活性(P<0.05),显著降低LP的含量(P<0.05);富硒鹅肥肝高剂量组能显著提高LA、LPL和HL的活性(P<0.05)。与鹅肥肝低剂量组相比,富硒鹅肥肝低剂量组能显著的提高LPL和LA的活性(P<0.05【Objective】The repair effects of selenium-enriched goose fatty liver on hyperlipemia in rats were studied.【Method】Seventy-two Wistar male rats with body weight around 150-180 g were divided into 8 groups including control group,obesity model group,goose fatty liver group(low dose,middle dose,high dose) and selenium-enriched goose fatty liver group(low dose,middle dose,high dose) after 5 days of feeding.Rats in control and obesity model groups were administered with distilled water at the dose of 20 g·kg-1 BW.Rats in low dose,middle dose and high dose groups were administered with goose fatty liver or selenium-enriched goose fatty liver at the doses of 10 g,20 g,and 3 0 g·kg-1 BW,respectively.Rats in control group were fed with basic feed,and the other seven groups were fed with high fat feeds.The effect of feeds on growth,indexes of lipid metabolism and microscope pathomorphism were analyzed after 8 weeks of feeding.【Result】Compared with obesity model group,low dose of goose fatty liver reduced kidney surrounding fat significantly(P0.05).Low dose of selenium-enriched goose fatty liver reduced kidney surrounding fat ratio,testicle surrounding fat amount and testicle surrounding fat ratio,body fat amount and body fat ratio significantly(P0.05).The body length of low dose group of selenium-enriched goose fatty liver was significant lower(P0.05) than that of the low dose group of goose fatty liver.Compared with obesity model group,low dose of goose fatty liver reduced serum triglycerides content(TG) significantly(P0.05).Middle dose of goose fatty liver reduced the content of TG,total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)(P0.05) and arteriosclerosis index(AI) significantly(P0.01).High dose of goose fatty liver reduced the content of LDL-C and AI significantly(P0.05).Low and middle doses of selenium-enriched goose fatty liver reduced the content of TG,TC,LDL-C(P0.05) and AI significantly(P0.01).High dose of selenium-enriched
