摘 要:[目的]研究农用明胶基高吸水材料的制备方法及性能。[方法]以明胶为基质、丙烯酸为单体、N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂、过硫酸钾为引发剂,通过微波辐射的方法合成高吸水性树脂。考察了丙烯酸中和度、引发剂用量、交联剂用量等因素对材料吸水性能的影响。[结果]当丙烯酸中和度为70%、引发剂过硫酸钾用量为0.20 g、交联剂用量为0.010 g、去离子水10.0 ml及120 W微波反应5 min时,所制备的明胶基吸水性材料对去离子水的吸液倍率可达420 g/g。[结论]研究结果为明胶基高吸水材料的制备和应用提供了一定的科学依据。[Objective] The preparation method and property of gelatin super absorbent material used in agricultural activity were researched.[Method] The gelatin being taken as substrate;the acrylic acid,as monomer;the N,N′-methylene bisacrylamide,as cross-linker and the potassium persulfate,as initiator,the super absorbent resin was synthesized by the method of microwave radiation.The effect of the degree of acrylic acid,the dosage of initiator and the dosage of cross-linker on the absorption property of material to water was measured.[Results] When the degree of acrylic acid was 70%;the amount of initiator-potassium persulfate,0.20 g;the cross-linking,0.010 g,the deionized water,10.0 ml and 120 W microwave irradiation,5 minutes;the absorption rate of the prepared gelatin absorbent material to ionized water was up to 420 g/g.[Conclusion] The certain scientific basis of the preparation and application of the gelatin-based absorbent material was provided.
