摘 要:[目的]为监测洋葱中有机磷类及拟除虫菊酯类农药提供技术支持。[方法]采用添加回收的方法对洋葱中农药提取和杂质去除方式进行摸索。[结果]建立了洋葱中有机磷类及拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量气质联用测定方法。方法添加浓度为0.10和0.01 mg/kg,平均回收率为73.9%~109.9%,相对标准偏差为1.49%~11.20%,检出限为0.002~0.010 mg/kg。[结论]建立的方法灵敏度高,集准确定性与定量于一体,为去除洋葱中农药残留测定时硫化物的干扰提供了新途径。[Objective] The technical support for the test of the organophosphate and pyrethroid pesticides in the onion was provided.[Method] The extraction method of the agro-chemical component in onion and the impurity-removal from it were explored based on the technique of addition and recovery.[Result] The method of GC-MS was established for the residue-testing of the organophosphate and pyrethroid pesticides in the onion.The adding concentration in the method was 0.10 and 0.01 mg/kg,the average recovery was 73.9%-109.9%,the relative standard deviation was 1.49%-11.20%,the detection limit was 0.002-0.010 mg/kg.[Conclusion] The method was sensitive and accurate,with the synchronous character of qualitative and quantitative test,which provided a new removal way of the sulfide interference in the determination of pesticide residues in the onion.
