烟用聚丙烯丝束滤棒成型胶粘剂中苯系物含量的测定

摘　　要：[目的]测定烟用聚丙烯滤棒成型胶粘剂中的苯系物含量。[方法]采用顶空-气相色谱法对丙纤胶进行检测,并用外标曲线法进行定量。[结果]以5 m l饱和NaC l溶液作为样品基质,样品瓶在80℃下平衡30.0 m in,各苯系物的平均回收率为93%~105%,相对标准偏均差〈5%。[结论]该方法可以用来测定烟用丙纤胶中微量苯系物。[Objective] To determine the benzene homologues in adhesive applied on polypropylene tow for making cigarette filter rod.[Method] Headspace gas chromatography with area-external standard method was applied to quantitative analyze the benzene homologues in adhesive.[Result] The sample was mixed with 5 ml saturated sodium chloride solution,then sample vial was balanced 30.0 min under 80 ℃.Under such conditions,the recovery was 93%-105%,and RSD was below 5%.[Conclusion] The method was suitable for the determination of the benzene homologues in adhesive applied on polypropylene tow for making cigarette filter rod.
