摘  要:[目的]研究棕榈油的提取工艺,分析棕榈油的脂肪酸组成。[方法]使用螺旋压榨法提取棕榈油,用气相色谱分析棕榈油的脂肪酸组分。[结果]提取得到的棕榈油含有7种脂肪酸成分,以棕榈酸、油酸和亚油酸为主,其中不饱和脂肪酸约占53.3%,饱和脂肪酸约占45.3%。[结论]螺旋压榨提取棕榈油的工艺可行,提取的棕榈油不饱和脂肪酸含量较高。[Objective] The aim was to study the extraction process of palm oil and analyze fatty acid composition of palm oil.[Method] The screw press extraction was taken to extract palm oil.And the fatty acid composition of crude palm oil was analyzed based on chromatographic analysis.[Result] There were seven kinds of fatty acids in palm oil,most of them were oleic acid and linoleic acid,among them the unsaturated fatty acid accounted for about 53.3%,while the saturated fatty acid accounted for about 45.3%.[Conclusion] The result indicated that the extraction of crude palm oil was feasible,the unsaturation degree of palm oil extracted by this method was relatively high.
