摘　　要：目的研究ＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞对人肺癌细胞株的细胞毒作用。方法应用抗ＣＤ３单克隆抗体及重组白细胞介素２（ｒＩＬ－２）刺激培养ＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞，体外实验研究ＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞的增殖及对人肺癌细胞株Ａ５４９、ＳＰＣ－Ａ１细胞的杀伤能力。结果刺激培养４ｄ，ＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞增殖及杀伤能力与ＬＡＫ细胞无差异；培养８ｄ，ＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞的增殖及杀伤能力明显优于ＬＡＫ细胞（Ｐ＜０．０１）；培养１６ｄＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞仍见增殖，且杀伤作用保持在５０％以上。结论ＣＤ３ＡＫ中细胞作为一种新的肿瘤过继性免疫治疗效应细胞具有潜在的临床应用价值。Objective To research the cytotoxic effects of CD3AK cells on human lungcancer cell lines. Methods The antiCD3McAb activated killer cells (CD3AK cells) werecultured by using anti - CD 3McAb and recombined interleukin - 2 (rIL - 2). The proliferationand the cytotoxic effects of these cells on human lung cancer cell line A549, SPC -- A, wereinvestigated in vitro. Results After culture for 4 days, the proliferation and the cytotoxiceffects of CD3AK cells had no significant difference compared with that of LAK cells. Afterculture for & days, these effects were more prominent than LAK cells (P<0.01) and lasted to16days. The proliferation of CD,AK cells still could be seen and the cytotoxic effects wereremained 50%. Conclusion The results suggested that as new kind of adoptive immuneeffects cells, CD3AK cells have potentially practical value.
