摘 要:目的 了解癌周微血管形态、结构及空间配布特点, 探讨癌周微血管变化规律对癌周微环境变化的影响。方法 通过动物模型、组织学和电镜技术, 定性、定量研究癌周微血管变化特点。结果 血管生成始于癌变早期, 并持续存在, 与颊癌生长、发展相辅相承; 形态畸形、结构缺损、空间紊乱及功能低下是癌周血管系统特点。结论 颊癌新生血管为癌细胞增殖、浸润、转移创造了条件,Objective To observe the morphologic, structural and spatial features of microvascualr around carcinoma, and to study the influence of the changing regularity of mirovascular to the changes of micro environment around carcinoma. Methods With animal model, histolgic and electron microscopic techniques were used to count and observe the microvessel features near carcinoma. Results Angiogenesis strarted at the early stage of carcinogenesis and existed continually. Angiogenesis and carcinoma growth and development supplemented each other. Structural lesion, deformity, architecture disorders was the microvascular feature around carcinoma. Conclusion Angiogenesis could be induced by buccal carcinoma continually, and conveniented carcinoma cells proliferation, invasion and metastasis. The process of establishment of microvascular system induced by carcinoma was the process of expression and development of buccal carcinoma malignant featues.
