摘　　要：目的探讨5例早期喉癌的低温等离子微创治疗方法及疗效。方法 5例中声门上型1例,声门下型1例,声门型3例。均在全麻支撑喉镜下使用低温等离子切除病灶,其中声门上型1例术前先行气管切开和留置胃管,其余4例患者均在全麻下经口腔插管,经口切除肿瘤,所有患者术后行放疗。结果患者术后恢复快,痛苦少,生活质量高,费用低,随访1年无一例复发。结论对于不同类型的早期喉癌采用低温等离子治疗安全有效。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of minimally invasive low temperature plasma ablation on 5 cases of early laryngeal cancer.Methods Five male patients with laryngeal cancer were selected in this study including one case of supraglottic type,one case of subglottic type and 3 cases of glottic type.They all received general anesthesia and the tumorous lesions were ablated by low temperature plasma under laryngoscope.Among them,a man with supraglottic type suffered tracheotomy and a gastric tube was retained before operation,while the other four men were deployed a canula and the tumors were removed via oral cavity.All patients underwent postoperative radiation treatment.Results Every case recovered quickly with little pain and high quality of life.No relapsing patient was found in a year follow-up after operation.Conclusion Low temperature plasma ablation is a very effective and safe method for the treatment of different types of early laryngeal cancer.
