摘　　要：以当前基础教育新课程改革和国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要为依据,提出了关于化学课程目标"过程与方法"的理论研究与实践课题。通过分析中学化学新课程在"过程与方法"方面的总体目标,比较传统的化学"备课"与现行的化学教学设计,对化学教学实践中"过程与方法"目标的实施策略进行了详细讨论。Based on the new curriculum reform in education and the national outline for medium-and long-term educational reform and development,puts the theory research and the practice topic about chemistry curriculum target ＂process and method＂.The implementation strategies of ＂process and method＂ goals in chemistry teaching process were discussed with analysising overall objectives of the middle school chemistry curriculum in the process and the method and comparing the traditional chemical ＂lessons ＂and the chemistry teaching design.
