摘  要:分别采用纸片法、菌饼法及玻片法测定了铁钉菜乙酸乙酯提取物对3种真菌的抑制作用.实验结果表明:乙酸乙酯提取物对3种真菌具有普遍的抑制作用,对绿色木霉的抑菌圈达到2.60 cm;经薄层层析分离后,得到7条层析带,用纸片法测定大部分分离带只对1种真菌显示抑制活性,其中Rf 0.40带和Rf 0.50带活性较强,它们对菌丝生长和孢子萌发也有抑制作用,抑制效果与浓度、培养时间有关.此外,对Rf 0.40带的GC-MS分析表明,其组分中的化合物以酯、烷为主.Ethyl acetate extracts of Ishige oamurai Yendo were tested for the efficacy against three kinds of fungi by paper disc diffusion method,colony disc method and slide method.The results indicated that ethyl acetate extracts could inhibit all fungi tested and the inhibitory zone of Trichoderma viride reached 2.60 cm.Thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used to separate the extracts of ethyl acetate and each band was examined for their antifungal activities by paper disc diffusion method.Of 7 bands,most exhibited inhibitory activity only against one kind of fungus.Besides,of which bands of Rf0.40 and Rf0.50 had stronger activity than others.The two bands still inhibit the mycelial growth and spore germination of the fungi and their activities were related to concentration and culture time.Furthermore,the fraction Rf0.40 was dominated by ester and alkyl through GC-MS analysis.
