摘　　要：大学文化与校园文化,是培养人才素质、品质的背景与底色,它陶冶学生的情操、启迪学生的心智,促进学生的全面发展。中国的高等教育,其校园文化与大学文化的蝉变是由欧美模式转向苏联模式,21世纪,中国高校文化建设要超越已有的模式,根据人才培养目标和而突出自己的特色,这是我国高等教育人才培养模式改革的当务之急。The university culture and the campus culture is the background of cultivating the quality of talents,which could cultivate the virtues of the students,enlighten the minds of students,and promote the overall development of students.China＇s higher education,whose changes from the campus culture to the university culture is a cicada model from the Europen and American model to the Soviet model.In the 21st century,the Chinese university culture should go beyond the existing model,according to the personnel training objectives and the prominent features of their own,which is the top priority of our reform of higher education training mode.
