海马制剂处理方法的研究

摘　　要：目的研究海马的制剂加工处理方法。方法用四种不同的溶剂提取海马,测定提取物总磷脂含量,总氮含量及干膏率;并比较四种不同的酶水解海马的提取效果。结果用水醇两种溶剂提取海马可保证有效成分的得率,药渣用动物蛋白酶水解可使药材最大限度地得到利用。结论采用溶剂提取,药渣用酶水解可作为海马制剂加工的一种参考。Objective To study the processing method of Hippocampus preparation.Methods To extract Hippocampus by different solvent.Determine total phospholipid content of the extract and total nitrogen content and ratio of dry extraction of the extract.Hydrolysis Hippocampus by four kinds of enzymes,respectively.Results The extraction process with water and ethanol successively can guarantee the ratio of extraction of effective components.Hydrolyzing the residue of Hippocampus by animal protease can maximize the utilization ratio.Conclusion Extracting Hippocampus by solvent and hydrolyzing the residue of Hippocampus by animal protease could offer a processing reference of Hippocampus preparation.
