摘　　要：产学研合作是高等院校三大职能的内在要求,对于促进地方经济社会发展和提升自身办学实力具有重要意义,本文旨在为地方高校开展产学研合作提供参考。结合本校产学研合作办学实践,通过研分文献及考查调研,总结出目前我国地方高校产学研合作的主要模式有:校企合作办学,依托大学科技园开展产学研结合,建立以企业需求为导向的人才培养模式,专家团队服务企业,以项目合作为纽带的校企合作。Enterprise-university-scientific research cooperation arises from the internal demand of the three major functions of a university and has significant meaning to the local economy and society development.The objective of this paper is to provide reference for enterprise,university and scientific research cooperation in local univesities.By summing up experience of our univesity,the main patterns of enterprise-school-scientific research cooperation are reviewed.They are： joint education between colleges and enterprises;university science park;talents education mode following the need of the enterprise;expert panel and linked by scientific research project.
