摘　　要：当前,辅导员队伍建设存在三个突出问题:双重角色的冲突,理想角色与现实角色的冲突,角色转换间的冲突。从社会调适与自我调适两个层面,探讨缓解辅导员角色冲突,有效推进高校辅导员专业化建设。At present,there are three problems in the group building of counselors： First,there is too serious conflict of contemporary career double roles for counselors; Second,the role of the ideal role and reality of conflict;Third,the group building for counselors is lack of systematic theory and specific assurance system. From the perspective of this paper,the solution to these problems should focus on counselors＇ professionalization,taking professionalization as the integrative strategy for the counselors group,and the assurance systems should be established so as to promote the professional development for counselors.
