宫颈粘膜诱导凝胶在宫颈射频治疗后的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨采用宫颈粘膜诱导凝胶在宫颈射频治疗后的临床疗效。方法:我院自2010年1月至2010年9月在门诊就诊的已婚已育非妊娠期及哺乳期的宫颈糜烂妇女,宫颈涂片检查已经排除子宫颈癌的可能性,自愿接受射频治疗的患者206例,随机分为A、B两组:A组:射频治疗+宫颈粘膜诱导凝胶;B组:单纯射频治疗,观察并比较其治疗效果及副作用。结果:射频治疗+宫颈粘膜诱导凝胶组总有效率为98.9%,而单纯射频治疗组总有效率为83.2%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),且射频治疗+宫颈粘膜诱导凝胶组完全治愈率高于单纯射频治疗组。结论:宫颈粘膜诱导凝胶+射频在宫颈射频治疗后的疗效肯定,较单纯射频治疗治愈率高,并发症及副作用少。Objective：To explore the cervical mucosal induction gel in cervical radiofrequency post-treatment clinical curative effect.Methods：206 voluntarily accept radiofrequency therapy patients in our hospital clinic from 2010.1 to 2010.9 were selected who already married and labored without pregnancy and lactation of cervical erosion women,cervix smear test has ruled out the possibility of cervical cancer,these cases were randomly divided into two groups：A,B group A：radiofrequency treatment＋cervical mucosal induction gel,group B：pure radiofrequency treatment,observe and compare the therapeutic effect and side effect.Results：Radiofrequency treatment＋cervical mucosal induction gel group total effectiveness is 98.9%,and pure radiofrequency treatment group total effectiveness is 83.2%,with significant difference between the two groups （P0.01）,and radiofrequency treatment＋cervical mucosal induction gel group than pure cure completely radiofrequency treatment group.Conclusion：The cervix mucosal induction gel＋radiofrequency in cervical radiofrequency after treatment efficacy affirmation,which has higher cure rate and fewer complications and side-effects.
